&lt;p&gt;The selective secrecy surrounding arms deliveries raises questions about political motives, which emphasize western weapon deliveries which are of small significance or in yet small quantities, while purchases of potentially advanced weaponry of Russian origin are being downplayed and minimized.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
