&lt;p&gt;Last month a very onerous &lt;a href="http://parliament.am/drafts.php?sel=showdraft&amp;amp;DraftID=14934&amp;amp;Reading=0"&gt;surveillance law&lt;/a&gt; was proposed by Pashinyan’s government, which flew under most radars except the few in the business of security, privacy and and civil rights protections.&lt;/p&gt;
