Arthur Khachatryan sits in Armenia’s National Assembly with Hayastan Dashinq (the Armenia Alliance), the opposition coalition associated with Robert Kocharyan , and belongs to the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun). Before 2018 he held executive posts including Governor of Shirak, Minister of Agriculture, and Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.
