Against All

Last updated: May 29, 2026

The Against All Democratic Party is a registered Armenian political party that capitalizes on the widespread sentiment of political disillusionment — voters who reject all major political forces may unknowingly vote for this real party while believing they are casting a generic protest ballot. This intentional ambiguity is central to the party’s electoral strategy and is part of what makes it one of the more unconventional participants in the 2026 parliamentary elections.

The party was founded by Spartak Kyureghyan and draws its membership primarily from IT professionals, former and current NGO workers, and people who supported the 2018 civic movement but grew disillusioned with the Pashinyan government’s record after 2020. Its platform calls for a 100-day interim government, reform of the electoral code, and then new elections under a new framework. Many of its members originally came out of the Qaghaqatsu Voroshum civic movement. Nina Karapetyants has been named as the party’s candidate for Prime Minister. The party carries generally pro-European and pro-Western orientations and has been discussed as a potential dark horse given its unconventional approach to campaigning.

Groong covered Against All in depth in Episode 548 , which reviewed all 19 parties and alliances registered for the June 7, 2026 elections . The episode discussed the party’s polling at approximately 1.9% (MPG), the fact that a number of its list candidates withdrew before the election, and the question of whether the party is drawing votes primarily from disenchanted Pashinyan supporters or from broader undecided segments of the electorate.
